I hereby grant the TAPA CLOTH MEDIA, LLC, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and designees (collectively the “COMPANY”) non-revocable permission to capture my image and likeness in videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other media (collectively “Images”). I acknowledge that the COMPANY will own such Images and further grant the the COMPANY permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print and reprint such Images in any manner whatsoever related to the COMPANY business, including without limitation, publications, advertisements, brochures, web site images, or other electronic displays and transmissions thereof. I further waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Image by the COMPANY prior to its use. I forever release and hold the the COMPANY harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the Images in any manner or media whatsoever, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to use of the Images, including without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity. I, FOR MYSELF, MY SPOUSE, AND CHILD/WARD, HAVE READ THIS PHOTOGRAPHY & MULTIMEDIA POLICY FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, I, FOR MYSELF, MY SPOUSE, AND CHILD/WARD AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS PHOTOGRAPHY & MULTIMEDIA POLICY, TAPA CLOTH MEDIA, LLC TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND TAPA CLOTH MEDIA, LLC PRIVACY POLICY WHEN IN THE FUTURE I CLICK ON AN “I AGREE,” “I CONSENT,” OR OTHER SIMILARLY WORDED “BUTTON” OR ENTRY FIELD WITH MY MOUSE, KEYSTROKE, OR OTHER COMPUTER DEVICE, YOUR AGREEMENT OR CONSENT OR WAIVER WILL BE LEGALLY BINDING AND ENFORCEABLE AND THE LEGAL EQUIVALENT OF YOUR HANDWRITTEN SIGNATURE.
